Hot, nutritious, generously portioned, and freshly prepared lunches are made available to students each day by one of Middleburg’s best-loved chefs: Tutti Perricone and her staff at Backstreet Café & Catering. The noon-time meals are cooked in our onsite kitchen each school morning, and then enjoyed by students, teachers and staff in our dining hall.
The week’s menu is sent out via email in our Dragon Weekly newsletter on the previous Friday so that families can decide when to “buy or brown bag it.”
