Through our admission process, we hope to become acquainted with you as a student and as an individual.  We also want to help you learn as much as possible about Middleburg Academy, including our requirements and expectations for students who enroll here.  During your visit to the school, you will have the opportunity to tour our campus, attend classes, and meet our students and faculty.  Middleburg Academy seeks to enroll those applicants whose academic achievement and personal promise indicate that they are likely to become positive members of our community.

Thank you for considering Middleburg Academy.  The members of the Admissions Committee ask that you adhere to the following procedures to facilitate the application process:

1. Please complete all three sections of the Middleburg Academy Application for Admission online and submit the $50 application fee (payable to Middleburg Academy) via mail to the attention of:

2. Please direct the Records Release Authorization and School Recommendation Form to your Head of School, Principal, or Guidance Counselor.  These documents can be forwarded electronically while completing the Middleburg Academy Application for Admission online.
3. Have your current English and Math teachers complete the appropriate forms and send them to Middleburg Academy.
4. Please request a copy of the most recent report card from your current School Office.
5. Arrange for the applicant to take the SSAT and to have results sent to Middleburg Academy.  The school code is 5430 (the code allows a copy of the test results to be sent directly to Middleburg Academy.)  The Office of Admission will be happy to answer any questions concerning the testing requirements.  Middleburg Academy is an SSAT test location and will host the test on the following 2011-2012 dates: October 14, November 12, December 10, January 7, February 4, March 3, April 21, and June 9.  Pre-registration is required.
6. Schedule a campus visit for the family and an interview for the applicant with the Office of Admission.
